Missisquoi Valley Rail Trail is a paved 26 mile rail trail from St. Albans to Richford Vermont. The trail occupies the former railbed of the Central Vermont Railway. The Missisquoi Valley Rail Trail surface is crushed limestone. The trail passes through farmland, dairy farms, open fields and forest areas.
